2. Lead time for cutsomised orders is up to 28 days, based on items chosen.
3. Customised orders are non-refundable/returnable, only on the basis that goods arrive damaged.
4. Customisation is limited to 3 lines containing a maximum of 17 characters per line. Characters must be text only with no characters or symbols.
