Fitbit Inspire Horween Leather Double Wrap Band Black From  €39.95

I have no idea how to wear it with my current Fitbit. The previous band lasted less than 1 year. I decided to buy something more durable. This band is so long, now I can wear the watch around my neck. There is no instructions how to shorten to fit. I decided to do was to cut to the length, unfortunately I lost all the holes, then I had to punch new ones, which are round not oval. I know this is not the way to do it but I need to wear my Fitbit somehow.
