1 - Hand Choice

Titleist Hand Choice
It's fair to say that this option is self explanatory...Choose Right Hand if you are Right Handed...Choose Left hand if you are Left Handed.
2 - Loft & Bounce
Choose Option
Titleist Loft & Bounce

Loft angle affects both trajectory and distance; the more loft, the higher the trajectory. A wedge with more bounce is easier to play from soft sand or grass because it will naturally fight the tendency to dig in. A wedge with less bounce tends to dig more, and is better for firm conditions when digging is more difficult.

3 - Shaft Selection

Titleist Shaft Selection

This option allows you to choose which shafts you would like to have. There are a number of shaft choices available to meet the different needs of golfers. If there is a particular shaft you require which is not listed please e-mail us to ensure it's availability and compatibility with these wedges.

4 - Shaft Flex

Titleist Shaft Flex

5 - Grip Choice

Please Choose the Grip you would like to have on your club.
6 - Grip Size
Choose Option
Titleist Grip Size
This is where you can choose the size of the grip on your club. Some golfers are happy to play with the standard grip whilst others prefer a thicker grip,i.e. Midsize. The grip thickness is achieved by applying tape to the club shaft underneath the grip. Here you can choose to have between 1 and 5 lengths of tape with 1 being standard and 5 being midsize
7 - Club Length
Choose Option
Titleist Shaft Length
Having the proper golf club length is a key ingredient to being able to make a good golf swing. Clubs that are too short or too long will hinder your ability to rotate and properly transfer your weight during the swing. It could also cause you to ground the club too early if they are too long or top the ball if they are too short.
8 - Lie Angle
Choose Option
Titleist Lie Angle
Lie angle is the angle between the bottom, or sole, of the golf club and the shaft. Having the proper lie angle is critical if you want the opportunity to make accurate golf shots. The purpose in adjusting the golf club's lie angle is to ensure that the club is resting squarly on its sole when you are addressing your shot. This will help get your swing on the right plane and keep the clubface square at impact. A lie angle that is too upright will cause the heel of the club to hit the ground first, which will close the clubface and produce a pull or hook. A lie angle that is too flat causes the toe to hit the ground first, opening the clubface, which will result in a push or slice.

9 - Loft Angle
Choose Option
Titleist Loft Angle
Golf clubs with standard loft angles will suit most golfers. The purpose in selecting a different loft for your club(s) would be to help correct a tendency to hit consistently lower trajectory or higher trajectory shots than would be normal. Strong loft means lower loft angle. Heavy hitters with strong hand action may want a "strong" loft to get more distance and keep the ball lower and out of the wind

SUPERIOR HANDCRAFTED TECHNOLOGY
Great wedge play comes from shot versatility, distance control and spin. The materials and structure of SM9 wedges represent our most technologically advanced design in all three areas, tuned for precise contact, lower flight and higher spin.

ULTIMATE SHOT VERSATILITY
Your swing is unique and requires a unique wedge. Finding the right grind for your swing type will provide you flawless contact, so you can be prepared to hit every kind of wedge shot in all conditions. For every shot, every lie, every course, there’s a grind fit for your swing.

PRECISE DISTANCE & TRAJECTORY CONTROL
The best of both worlds. SM9 goes to new heights, taking the forward centre of gravity (CG) and raising it even further, promoting a more controlled ball flight and solid contact. Hit it closer more often.

MAXIMUM SPIN / NOTHING SPINS LIKE A VOKEY
SM9’s new grooves are cut to the edge to maximise spin. Each Vokey wedge is 100% inspected for utmost quality and performance, and a localised heat treatment is applied to the impact area to double the durability of the groove.

Developed through decades of work with the best shot makers in the game, Vokey’s six Tour-proven sole grinds – F, S, M, K, L and D – allow golfers of all skill levels to be precisely fit for their swing type (steep, neutral, shallow), shot making style (sweeper, digger) and course conditions (firm, neutral, soft).

TOUR-PROVEN SOLE GRIND OPTIONS
The ultimate in optionality, SM9 continues to feature the most complete lineup of grind, bounce and loft options, allowing for more creativity and consistency while giving players of any level the ability to create multiple shots into and around the green.

F GRIND: ALL PURPOSE GRIND FOR FULL WEDGE SHOTS
The F grind is an all-purpose grind particularly suited for full shots and shots hit with a square face. Ideal for players who prefer a traditional wedge sole. The F grind is the most played sand wedge on Tour.
:08 – For players preferring a full sole for full shots.

M GRIND: MULTI-PURPOSE GRIND FOR VERSATILITY
The M Grind, Voke’s favorite, is designed for players that like to rotate the club face open and closed to manufacture shots around the green. Ideal for players with a shallower, more sweeping swing type who play shots from a variety of clubface positions.
:08 – For players who like to manufacture shots around the green.

S GRIND: NARROW AND VERSATILE
The S Grind features a full sole that has been narrowed by a trailing edge grind, giving it a faster feel through the turf. This grind is best for neutral to firm conditions and for players that like to control loft with their hands ahead or behind the ball.
:08 – For players who prefer square faced shots with a simple technique

D GRIND: THE PLAYER’S HIGH BOUNCE WEDGE
The D grind blends versatility from a heel, toe, and trailing edge grind and forgiveness with its high measured bounce. The D Grind is ideal for players with a steeper angle of attack who play shots from a variety of clubface positions.
:08 - For players with a steeper angle of attack.

L GRIND: MAXIMUM VERSATILITY
The L Grind is the lowest bounce option in the mix. The heel, toe, and trailing edge relief allow for maximum greenside versatility. This club is perfect for firm conditions and designed for precise players who have complete control at impact, allowing for maximum shot-making versatility.
:08 - For precise players and firm conditions

K GRIND: THE ULTIMATE IN SOFT CONDITIONS
The K Grind is the highest bounce wedge in the lineup and is the ultimate bunker club. A wide, full sole wedge with enhanced camber, the K Grind is forgiving from a variety of softer sand and turf conditions.
:08 - For players requiring forgiveness in a wide, full sole.

NEW PATENTED SPIN MILLED PROCESS FOR MAXIMUM SPIN
A new Spin Milled cutting process in the SM9 models – which includes tightening our allowable tolerances - produces consistently sharper grooves wedge after wedge, resulting in higher, more consistent spin rates.

Spin Milled Grooves are the Gold Standard in groove cutting precision - meticulously engineered and cut to the edge to maximise spin and shot control. Each Vokey wedge head is 100% inspected for utmost quality and performance.
Micro-grooves are individually cut in between grooves, which maximises spin on partial shots.
A proprietary heat treatment is applied to the impact area to double the durability of the groove without impacting feel – making it the most durable groove in golf.
Each groove is individually cut based on loft and finish with the lower lofts (46°-54°) designed with narrower, deeper grooves and higher lofts (56°-62°) with wider, shallower grooves.
