Christmas Returns Policy 2024
All purchases made from the 18th of November 2024 can be returned for exchange instore only up until the 12th of January 2025.
All returns will need to have either the original receipt, digital receipt or gift receipt in order to be accepted.

This extended returns period does not apply to refunds. Refunds are only available up to 28 days after the original date of purchase. The original receipt must be presented for a refund to be issued.

Custom Golf Clubs, Personalised Golf Balls and Gift Vouchers are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Products must be returned in their original condition, in order to be accepted for exchange.

Returns
Halpenny Golf is committed to providing products value and quality, and we do this with a commitment of satisfaction guaranteed. If you purchase a product from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for a full refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. We do not offer exchanges on products.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 28 days for a refund less the cost to us of shipping the goods to you initially. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will refund the delivery if agreed beforehand with our customer service department. Please include a copy of your receipt and a note the reason for your return. Please make sure to wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:

Returns are accepted only for items purchased from Halpenny Golf. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
Please note: Custom Fit Clubs are personalised products and are exempt from our 30 Day change of mind policy. Custom Fit Club orders may only be returned or exchanged if the goods arrive damaged, become defective or the order was incorrect. The manufacturers guarantee may differ by product and does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Defective Products
All products have a 6 month warranty from date of purchase.
To return defective products, simply make a note with your name, return shipping address, and daytime phone number. Include a copy of your original invoice which will help expedite your return. If you do not have your original invoice, explain in your note who the original purchaser was and approximate time of the purchase. Explain the problem that you are having with the product, also include any pertinent information you feel you need to tell us.

Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact Halpenny Golf customer service at customerservice@HalpennyGolf.com prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.
Damaged Goods
If an item reaches you in damaged condition except the delivery box, notify Halpenny Golf at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so.
