Price Match

The team at Halpenny Golf take pride in ensuring we offer the best customer value across Ireland, UK and Europe. As such we review our prices and sales model regularly to ensure we are inline or ahead of the competition, however if you find the same exact item elsewhere at better value, we offer a price match facility to ensure we will not be beaten on price.

We take customer service and satisfaction as key priorities, and as such we value the opportunity to offer the best available prices to all of our loyal customers.

Our customer service team work Monday to Friday 9am- 2.30pm, and whilst we will attempt to address any price matches out-with these periods via our shop teams, there may be slight delays in response if requests are made in the evening or over the weekend periods.

All of our available shop stock products are eligible for price match requests, however there are a number of factors that must be considered when looking at the competitor offering. Below is a list of criteria that must be met to be considered for a price match approval to be given.

• The competitor's product must be identical to that offered at Halpenny Golf (e.g. same size, colour, specification, model year, etc).
• The competitor's product must be in stock at the time of the price match request, showing clearly live stock available on their website.
• The competitor's price must include delivery, if not, the delivery costs will be added to the offer price to create a total price inclusive of delivery.
• The competitor's price must be publicly advertised online and verifiable at the time of the price matching, and cannot include multiple item discounts.
• Verbal quotations from a competitor will not be considered for the price match process.
• We will price match against a competitor's price inclusive of a voucher discount or discount codes, only if this offer/promotion is readily available to all customers.
• Our Price Match Guarantee applies to all in store items and is not applicable to custom order products.
• Whilst we will aim to authorize all valid price match requests, Halpenny Golf does reserve the right to refuse these requests where we feel it has negative business impacts.
• Discount vouchers cannot be applied to price matched products to receive a further discount.

Halpenny Golf T&C's regarding price match refusal;

• We cannot price match sale items.
• The item is not available to buy now on the website you have provided.
• The website you have chosen does not have the size/colour chosen in stock.
• The price is currently the same as our own.
