How do I open a Klarna account?

Returns and Cancelled Orders
You are entitled to return/cancel your order if you change your mind within 28 days of purchase. Please note however, that If you choose to cancel or return your order and you have paid by Klarna you will incur a 3% cancellation fee, plus the cost of shipping.
