5 - Grip Size

Ping Grip Size
Since grip size is such an important fitting variable, PING manufacturers grips in variety of different sizes (diameters), or color codes. Grip size can have a dramatic impact on ball flight since it affects the release of the hands through impact.Colour codes equate to: Orange 1/16.. Gold 1/32.. White Standard..Aqua -1/64..Red -1/32..Blue -1/16..
6 - Club Length
Choose Option
Ping Club Length
Having the proper golf club length is a key ingredient to being able to make a good golf swing. Clubs that are too short or too long will hinder your ability to rotate and properly transfer your weight during the swing. It could also cause you to ground the club too early if they are too long or top the ball if they are too short
7 - Lie Angle
Choose Option
Ping Lie Angle
Lie angle is the angle between the bottom, or sole, of the golf club and the shaft. Having the proper lie angle is critical if you want the opportunity to make accurate golf shots. The purpose in adjusting the golf club's lie angle is to ensure that the club is resting squarly on its sole when you are addressing your shot. This will help get your swing on the right plane and keep the clubface square at impact. A lie angle that is too upright will cause the heel of the club to hit the ground first, which will close the clubface and produce a pull or hook. A lie angle that is too flat causes the toe to hit the ground first, opening the clubface, which will result in a push or slice.
8 - Irons Loft
Choose Option
Ping Irons Loft
Golf clubs with standard loft angles will suit most golfers. The purpose in selecting a different loft for your club(s) would be to help correct a tendency to hit consistently lower trajectory or higher trajectory shots than would be normal. Strong loft means lower loft angle. Heavy hitters with strong hand action may want a "strong" loft to get more distance and keep the ball lower and out of the wind

For players who desire a compact blade-style head and their primary goal is more distance, the new i530 is engineered to lower scores through launching the ball higher and farther.

The clean, premium look owes in part to a new machining technique that thins the back wall of the hollow-body design, saving weight to help with forgiveness and tighten dispersion. Blade enthusiasts will appreciate the thin top line, narrow sole and shallow face height. The forged, highly flexible maraging steel C300 face is precisely welded to a 17-4 stainless steel hollow body.

Distance gains come from multiple sources, including an internal weight pad that provides a deeper and thinner face-to-sole transition, ensuring more face flexing and pushing mass down to lower the center of gravity for more ball speed.

The arcing sole cascade contributes to distance by accentuating face bending. Add in the lower center of gravity and distance-optimized lofts and the i530 delivers approximately three more yards with a high max height for green-holding results. The lower CG is also more aligned with where impact occurs, and a polymer improves feel and sound while maximizing face bending and ball speed. Precision-milled MicroMax grooves ensure consistent launch and spin from all conditions.
